Chillin'

Just finished producing a new video, "Chillin' on a Beat" with a good friend of mine, Ashley Temba.

Takes you from Downtown Brooklyn, across the island of Manhattan. Good music, lots of walking, and some hard dancing. That's a good day.

Check it out.

Alice

new Scarecrow short, 'Alice' featuring Sarah Matry-Guerre and Courtney Horton. Shout out to James Picket for allowing us to use his shared loft space. Many thanks.

Enjoy the smooth pleasure of unfiltered, Alice. Conveyed beautifully by monsiuer Tom Waits' genius (though no direct affiliation exists...unfortunately. An independent production, but much love to him.)

Mission Statement

...got somethin' to say.

Scarecrow Dance production's original work is rough edged, urban, and rhythmic, yet expansive in scope. We strive to create work that has a scarecrow-like looseness/aimlessness to it, yet does so with serious intent. In other words, never staying in one specific spot, yet with a strong aesthetic sense to guide us, our work is able to explore many avenues. Our work is always of a high quality, with a strong sense of style and precise/clean editing.

If it's slightly unkempt and rough, and not stupid and willy nilly, probably gonna dig it.
